Ooh, scary. Hmm, I kinda recongnize the name Barnardo - is this some roleplaying character? He looks very evil and very authoritative, in any case. That's not a face you say no to. :P
Anyway, the level of detail is impressive. His uniform really looks like a uniform. Did you make it up yourself, or did you have a reference? Same with the hat - it's really well done (and gold star if made out of memory).

Det enda som inte stämmer är händerna. De är lite för små. Det tog lång tid för mig att lära mig sånt... Det är egentligen bara att öva. Och eftersom du redan fixar det grundläggande.. Jag menar, du kommer bli bra på det här.
Jag tycker bättre om bilden nu när den har en bakgrund nu också. Mera ondska och power liksom. ^^
