I'm the king now, bitch!

He's supposed to be clad in black leather, but I knew I'd just ruin it if I tried to fill in the black. Agh, he'd be much more menacing that way...Oh well.

Whoa! Details... O_o It's alive.

I can only see one ting that is disturbing, and that is the guys right ankle. I'm not sure it can bend like that... and it feels like it's too close to the chair. I guess shadows would fix that.

Well, nice work. I love it.

Your perfection with lines is absolutely impressive. If there's anything to criticize, I would say it feels like his right leg is just a little short, but the angle is difficult. Maybe that the background, especially the throne, could have used more detail, but I realize that would have required time.

As for picture composition, you're great as usual. One can cast a look on it and start telling a story of how and who and why. I don't think you deviated from the concept one bit ^^

Hm, just as a sidenote, since you have a scanner you can scan it, print it, and try filling it with black to see how it works, if you really want to spend the time.

Actually, we just got a scanner/copy machine/printer, and that was the one I used for this picture. I tried printing it out, but the lines got really weak.

I agree that the right leg kinda contradicts itself somewhat, but whatevs :P He looks like the kind of guy to be double-jointed anyway.

And yeah, about the throne...When i had gone that far I was pretty much bleah with the details, as Iceye put it.

There's a lot on this picture I love. The expression, the pose, the sheer evilness of your BBEG - psychotic and, like you mentioned before, very Tim Burton-esque.

I can't find anything to criticise that hasn't been mentioned before - detail and the ankle/leg. The ex-king, though, is what really does this picture for me; adding him really makes the BBEG, well, B, B and E.

Yeah, it became a better display of personality. To be evil, one needs a victim. I shall remember this. ^^
